Making Madison More

Sustainable

    • Advocate for policies that prioritize clean energy and reduce waste.

    • Support Madison’s NetZero initiatives.

    • Support initiatives that protect natural resources and promote sustainability.

    • Strengthen environmental partnerships between government, businesses, and organizations.

During my time with the Department of Natural Resources, I have always made data-driven decisions in the best interests of Wisconsin’s people and environment. By prioritizing science-based policies on clean energy, waste reduction, and natural resource conservation, we can sustain a thriving Madison.

    • Reduce carbon footprints through climate-conscious policies.

    • Protect and preserve green spaces to maintain a sustainable and livable community.

    • Encourage rain gardens.

A greener tomorrow starts with action today. As a father, I want my children to grow up healthy in a city with clean air and spaces. With my budgeting experience, I will use that expertise to protect our green areas. The city of Madison’s future, as well as our families’, depends on bold, sustainable change to protect our environment while fostering community development.

A cleaner, Greener Madison

Community urban development

  • Create playgrounds and spaces for our children.

  • Welcome local businesses & community organizations.

  • Invest in Madison’s economy.

In speaking with many of you, your concerns are clear: you want more spaces for your families, places for your children to play, and welcoming areas for our community to gather. As your Common Council Alder, I will work to bring businesses into our district and advocate for investment in our shared spaces. While the current Southwest Area Plan focuses on diversifying other neighborhoods, we must ensure those initiatives come here so our community can thrive with the resources and opportunities it deserves.
